Hingham, MA – June 2026 – Select Soccer Club continues to strengthen its position as one of the premier player development organizations in New England with the addition of Chris Jackson as South Shore Boys Director for the 2026-2027 season.
Widely respected throughout the South Shore soccer community, Jackson brings more than a decade of experience developing players, mentoring coaches, and building successful programs. Known for creating high-performance environments that prioritize both player growth and competitive excellence, he has established himself as one of the region’s most respected youth soccer leaders.
Jackson’s addition represents another significant investment in Select’s commitment to building the strongest coaching and leadership team in New England. Over the past year, the club has continued to attract accomplished coaches, directors, and leaders from across the region, strengthening its player development model and reinforcing its reputation as a destination for top coaching talent.

As South Shore Boys Director, Jackson will oversee player development, coach mentorship, staff development, and the continued growth of the boys pathway. Working alongside Select’s leadership team, he will help elevate standards across all age groups while supporting the club’s long-term vision for both player and coach development.
Jackson joins an already accomplished leadership team that includes a deep roster of experienced coaches and technical leaders across the organization. Together, the group will continue to drive standards, strengthen developmental pathways, and create exceptional experiences for players and families throughout the club.

Jackson recently completed his U.S. Soccer B License and holds a degree in Soccer Coaching. He has further expanded his coaching education through advanced coursework and certifications with MBP School of Coaches, APFC, and United Soccer Coaches, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
His appointment further reinforces Select’s continued momentum across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island as the club expands its reach, enhances its developmental pathways, and invests in elite leadership at every level of the organization.
