Ally Sentnor

From the youth fields of Select to the global stage, Ally Sentnor’s journey in soccer is a testament to dedication and excellence. Born and raised in Hanson, Massachusetts, Ally began showcasing her exceptional talent at just four years old. A cornerstone of our club from the age of six, Ally’s rise through every U.S. Youth National Team level culminated in captaining the U-20 team to a bronze medal at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. Her early experiences at Select helped shape her technical ability, confidence, and love for the game—foundations that propelled her to become the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft. After beginning her professional career with the Utah Royals, Ally now competes with the Kansas City Current and has earned recognition as a member of the U.S. Women’s National Team. Named the 2024 U.S. Soccer Young Female Player of the Year, Ally’s story reflects what’s possible through long-term development, commitment, and belief.

As a Bruin, Lilly anchored one of the nation’s top defenses, helping lead UCLA to a dramatic 2022 national championship and earning the prestigious Honda Sports Award. Her collegiate career was marked by consistency, leadership, and multiple Pac-12 and Big Ten defensive honors. Internationally, she represented the U.S. at various youth levels, proving her abilities on the global stage. In 2025, Lilly took the next step—earning NWSL Rookie of the Year honors after a stellar debut season with Gotham FC, where she started 21 matches and became a key figure in one of the league’s top defenses. From her early days at Select to the professional spotlight, Lilly continues to inspire the next generation of athletes.
