Our player development pathway is designed to meet athletes where they are and support their continued growth. As players progress, they are placed in environments that best match their readiness, motivation, and developmental needs.
Pre-ECNL is one of several competitive options within this pathway, offering an elevated training and game environment for players ready for an additional challenge—while recognizing that long-term success can take different forms for different players.
Key Elements Include:
Skill Development: Mastering dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and game awareness
Soccer IQ & Decision-Making: Training environments that encourage creativity and quick thinking
Team Building & Small-Sided Games: Promoting friendships, touches on the ball, and team play
Competitive League Play: League and match play that aligns with each player’s stage of development, including Pre-ECNL for those ready for that level.
